We carry a wide selection of name-brand products, and are stocked with Grab 'N Go foods, groceries, snacks, electronics, maintenance supplies, and even clothing and gifts! The Customer Service Parking Attendant is a key member of the team responsible for assisting professional drivers who use our Reserve-It parking program with arrival, parking and general information. They ensure a pleasant environment for our customers so that we are returning every traveler to the road better than they came!

• In this role, you can expect to:
• + Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great customer service + Assist Professional Drivers who use our Reserve-It parking program with arrival, parking and general information + Maintains Parking Lot cleanliness, and Fuel Island cleanliness when not assisting with Reserve-It functions.

Follows the proper customer service sequence as outlined in the Operation Manuals. + Prioritize your work according to the customer and management needs + Know and follow safety guidelines and report potentially unsafe situations caused by employees and customers + Establish strong communication and rapport with management team and co-workers + Perform other job-related duties as assigned
