As the first and last point of contact at the Club, the Valet plays a key role in setting the tone for each visit—offering a warm welcome, anticipating needs, and ensuring seamless service from the moment of arrival to final departure. This is a Full Time position with typical hours ranging from 9:30am-7:30pm. Holidays and weekend availability is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet members and guests promptly and professionally upon arrival. Safely and efficiently park and retrieve vehicles. Assist with luggage, golf clubs, and other personal items as needed. Maintain a strong presence at the Club entrance, ensuring a clean and organized valet area. Communicate clearly and courteously with team members and other departments to coordinate service. Provide directions, club information, and personalized assistance when requested. Adhere to all traffic laws, Club policies, and safety procedures. Report any incidents or concerns to management promptly. Uphold the highest standards of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions. Prior valet, hospitality, or luxury service experience preferred. Friendly and professional demeanor with a genuine passion for service. Ability to stand, walk, and be outdoors for extended periods. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with loading/unloading items. Flexible schedule with availability on weekends and holidays.
