Donation Station Attendant- Part Time

Our Donation Station Attendants exceed donor expectations by providing exceptional service. In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring every donor has positive experience. This is a part time position; 2 days per week

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet donors; deliver courteous and respectful service Assist with receiving and recording donations Safeguard donations until collected Maintain a clean and organized donation site Place any flags, banners, balloons or signage in visible, attractive manner Ensure that trailer has all necessary supplies

Qualifications:

Demonstrated customer service skills Planning and organizational skills Ability to stand 6-8 hours per day, bending frequently Able to lift up to 35 pounds regularly Good communication skills, oral and written Ability to work independently or as part of a team Able to establish relationships with peers, internal and external customers Must be at least 18 years of age Willingness to submit to drug screening and background check

Education, Experience, Training Required:

High school diploma or equivalent; or a combination of education and experience that yields the required knowledge, skills and abilities. High level of diplomacy and interpersonal skills.
