Job Overview We are seeking a dependable, hard-working, and detail-oriented Lot Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, and can be counted on to show up on time and ready to work each day. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and organization of our vehicles and dealership lot. Duties may include washing vehicles, light detailing, moving cars as needed, keeping the lot clean and organized, and moving vehicles as needed. We are looking for a proactive individual with a strong work ethic who is willing to stay busy, follow directions, and complete tasks thoroughly and efficiently. Reliability, punctuality, and consistent attendance are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities Perform thorough car washes and detailing services to maintain vehicle appearance. Conduct buffing and cleaning of vehicles as needed to enhance their aesthetic appeal. Assist with the organization of vehicles on the lot, ensuring easy access and visibility. Carry out janitorial tasks to keep the lot clean and presentable at all times. Drive vehicles safely within the lot and to designated areas as required. Maintain equipment used for cleaning and detailing in good working condition. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Familiarity with car wash techniques, detailing, buffing, and general cleaning practices is advantageous but not required. Experience in custodial or janitorial roles is a plus, showcasing an ability to maintain cleanliness standards. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for operating vehicles on-site. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Must be able to handle physical tasks associated with cleaning and maintaining vehicles.
