Job Description Douglas Parking is looking to hire 2 part-time Detailers for a location in Dallas, Texas. Douglas Parking is contracted by Private Suites DFW to provide premium parking, valet, and vehicle care services for clients utilizing Private Suites' private aviation facilities at DFW International Airport. The Vehicle Detailer is responsible for the cleaning, detailing, care, and readiness of client owned vehicles left in our custody while clients' travel. This position directly supports the valet and parking operation and plays a critical role in maintaining the luxury, safety, and discretion expected by Private Suites DFW clients. This position operates in a secure airport environment and requires the ability to successfully obtain and maintain DFW Airport and TSA security badging. Below is a brief description of duties and responsibilities: Perform professional detailing and appearance services on client owned vehicles, including exterior washing, drying, and finishing, interior vacuuming, wipe down, and presentation care, final quality inspection prior to vehicle returning. Must stock the vehicles with required items such as bottled water, tissues, and other supplies as required/requested. Support valet and parking operations by ensuring vehicles are: Clean, properly staged, and ready for client pickup, handled with care and in accordance with client instructions, safely handle vehicles under the direction of authorized valet procedures. Vehicles to be cleaned are PS owned vehicles, option to add member/guest vehicles as part of this service if requested by client in the future. Adhere to all Private Suites DFW service standards and client expectations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of detailing, parking, and work areas. Accurately report vehicle condition issues, damage, or concerns immediately. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client identity, travel, and property. Follow all DFW Airport rules, TSA regulations, and security protocols. Wear required company uniform and airport badge at all times while on duty. Attend required airport security, safety, and client specific training. Perform related duties as assigned in support of parking and valet services. Vehicle movement is permitted only as part of authorized valet and parking operations. Vehicles can only be moved if not on the AOA (airside) - must be on valet side of facility. All vehicle handling must follow company SOPs, Private Suites DFW protocols, and airport rules. Unauthorized use, misuse, or deviation from valet procedures is strictly prohibited. Driving duties, if any, are limited to approved areas and assignments only. Detail and clean vehicles to premium standards. Support valet and parking operations through vehicle preparation. Handle client vehicles with professionalism and discretion. Work within a secure, airport-controlled environment. Follow strict service, safety, and security guidelines. Must understand and adhere to the SOP. Other related tasks, as needed. This position requires airport-controlled area access. Employment is contingent upon the ability to: successfully pass a TSA Security Threat Assessment, pass a DFW International Airport criminal background check, complete fingerprinting and identity verification. Maintain badge eligibility under federal and airport regulations. Remain compliant with ongoing security audits and badge renewals. Failure to obtain or maintain badge access will result in ineligibility for this role. Must comply with the Company's Drug and Impairment Policy as a condition of employment. Employment requires the ability to obtain and maintain airport security credentials, including completion of TSA and DFW Airport screening and background check requirements. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 30 lbs. Ability to work indoors and outdoors. Valid Driver's License. Ability to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as travel demands require. Must communicate effectively and consistently, including the ability to read, write, and speak English at a level necessary to perform essential job functions. Available to work on weekends or after hours to meet the demands of the operation. Computer skills to include basic understanding of Microsoft Suite products, Excel, PowerPoint, internet usage, Outlook email, etc. Ability to sit and/or stand for periods of 2 hours or more and run as necessary. Ability to type/sit at a computer for a period of 2 hours or more. Reliable transportation to and from site location frequently/daily. Team player mentality and willingness to jump in on things outside of their job description. Attention to detail and pride in quality work. Dependability and professionalism. High School diploma required.
