Outside Service Attendant

Overview Georgetown Country Club is seeking motivated and team-oriented individuals to join our Outside Services team. This role is essential in delivering a first-class experience to our members and guests through exceptional service, attention to detail, and pride in presentation. As an Outside Services Attendant, you will play a key role in daily golf operations by maintaining facilities, preparing equipment, and ensuring the club grounds are clean, organized, and welcoming. Experience Required Must be a minimum age of 16 with valid Driver's License Previous experience working at a golf course preferred General knowledge of the game of golf preferred Essential Responsibilities Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work in an outdoor environment Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist where needed Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills Ability to follow direction and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Clean, stage, and organize golf carts efficiently to ensure a high-level member and guest experience Pick, wash, and prepare the driving range for daily use Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all outdoor areas including: Clubhouse surroundings Tennis courts Driving range Storage areas and sheds Parking lots Assist with daily operations as directed by supervisors and the Head Golf Professional Uphold a positive, friendly, and welcoming attitude at all times Maintain a professional appearance consistent with club standards Deliver the high-quality Georgetown Country Club experience to all members and guests Schedule Requirement Must be available to work Tuesday through Friday mornings Benefits Complimentary meal with every shift (minimum 4 hours) Practice and playing privileges (based on availability) Work Uniform provided Employee discounts in the Golf Shop
