In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for vehicle movement and lot organization, ensuring our inventory is presented impeccably and accessible for customers and staff alike. Your proactive approach will help create a welcoming environment, support dealership operations, and enhance the overall customer experience. Responsibilities Safely move and park vehicles throughout the dealership lot, including parking areas, using manual transmission skills when necessary Assist with vehicle deliveries and pickups, ensuring timely and accurate transportation of vehicles within the dealership premises Maintain a clean, organized lot by repositioning vehicles and removing any debris or obstructions Provide friendly guest services by greeting visitors, directing them to appropriate departments, and answering basic questions about vehicle availability Support dealership staff with vehicle inspections, including checking for damage or cleanliness before display or delivery Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate vehicle movements and ensure smooth lot operations Experience Prior experience in dealership environments or automotive retail is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn!
