Job Description

Porter Shottenkirk KIA Fort Bend Shottenkirk Automotive Group is family-owned and has been in business for over 60 years. We currently operate 27 Automotive Dealerships in 6 states and employ over 2,500 people. We believe culture makes a difference and we strive to build lasting relationships with our employees, customers, and the community. We are seeking a reliable Service Driver / Porter to support our service department. This position is responsible for transporting customers and vehicles, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the service area, and assisting technicians and service advisors with daily operations.
Responsibilities:
Drive customer and company vehicles as needed. Provide shuttle transportation for customers. Move vehicles safely throughout the service department and lot. Keep the service drive, parking areas, and customer waiting areas clean and organized. Assist with vehicle pickups and deliveries. Perform basic porter duties, including washing vehicles and maintaining facility appearance. Support the service team with miscellaneous tasks as assigned. Check in new vehicle inventory by verifying VINs, documenting any damage, and confirming vehicle condition upon arrival.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles (if applicable). Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work outdoors and remain on your feet for extended periods. Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday:
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1 day off during the week)
Saturdays:
