Our Service Porters are typically the first person that our customers meet and the face of our service department. We are a reputable dealership in American Fork, Utah. With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, we strive to provide the best experiences for our customers. We are looking to add a full time Service Porter to our team. Responsibilities:

Greet and direct customers in a friendly and professional manner Gather and accurately communicate vehicle information Move vehicles to designated areas for service or delivery Keep service area clean and organized Complete Pre-Delivery services on new cars Assist technicians and service advisors as needed Complete walk around videos on customer vehicles Check in loaner vehicles upon customer return Drive vehicles through our car wash Perform basic maintenance tasks such as checking tire pressure and fluid levels Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a good driving history Strong customer service skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
