This is a fast-paced customer-focused role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a commitment to maintain a clean and safe service drive.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Drive customer vehicles to and from the service bay as needed. Assist with moving and parking vehicles in the service department. Ensure vehicles are kept clean and organized within the service area. Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service department and surrounding areas. Perform light maintenance tasks including checking tire pressures and fluid levels. Provide assistance to technicians or Service Advisors as needed. Perform other tasks as directed by the Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager.
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. The ability to drive a variety of vehicles including manual transmission and follow all safety protocols. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once. Previous experience in an automotive setting or as a porter is a plus but not required. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
