Car Wash Lineman

TruShine Car Wash is currently seeking dependable and customer-focused individuals to join our team at our Bristol location. You will play a key role in delivering a safe, efficient, and high-quality experience for our customers. This position requires flexibility, as we operate seven days per week. Availability on weekends and during peak business hours is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct and guide vehicles safely into the wash tunnel Inspect and prepare vehicles prior to entering the wash system Assist customers with automated kiosks Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility, including trash removal and general lot upkeep Provide prompt, courteous, and professional customer service

Qualifications and Requirements:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Capability to stand and remain active for extended periods Strong attention to safety, particularly in a fast-paced environment with moving vehicles Positive attitude

Working Conditions:

Primarily outdoor work in varying weather conditions Fast-paced environment requiring constant awareness and adherence to safety procedures

Preferred Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED equivalent Previous car wash experience (preferred but not required) Minimum of one year of customer service experience (preferred but not required)
