JOB SUMMARY
Greeting all patrons and responding to their questions. Ensure the safety and security of guest's keys in an orderly manner. Files guest's keys and tickets systematically to ensure efficient retrieval of guest's vehicles. Collection of guests payments by credit card or debit payment for valet parking. Knowledge of all special events and promotions available to guests. Ensure files are properly maintained in the software system to reflect the location of all vehicles parked in valet parking locations. Communicate with Valet Attendants to ensure parking claim tickets are completed correctly. Offers information to guests regarding directions and transportation needs. Comply with all uniform and appearance guidelines. All other duties as assigned.
HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY
Requires seldom sitting, kneeling, lifting/carrying of 51-100 lbs.; occasional bending, reaching, and crouching Copying & writing of numbers Eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity as well as the ability to distinguish letters, symbols and currency Work area is subject to variable temperatures.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED HS
diploma or GED. Casino/Hotel experience preferred. Experience within an upscale hotel and (2) years of customer service preferred. Valid Driver's License Must have schedule flexibility including evenings, weekends, holiday shifts and overtime, as needed. Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with co-workers. Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English. Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.
