Job Description

Description The Recovery Attendant (RA) position will ensure that members using the Recovery Services and Amenities have an extraordinary experience. The RA will ensure that the Recovery space is neat, clean and inviting to members.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Introduce new members to equipment, ensuring that they understand how to safely use all equipment Greet every member who enters the Recovery Area and confirm that they have an active Recovery Area membership Be prepared to greet members with reservations by name when they arrive Wipe down equipment with disinfectant wipes after each use Manage walk-in traffic relative to scheduled appointment times Ensure members complete their service within the scheduled time block Review and manage appointment schedules including open time blocks Review and assure completed waivers are on file prior to equipment usage Promote the benefits of the Recovery Area to members on the floor Contact members with Recovery Area privileges to engage in services or re-engage should their use of this service decline Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to the General Manager and Facilities Director Refresh towels, empty trash and fill wipe stations Return Hypervolts to charging station when not in use Conduct opening and closing procedures to ensure area is clean and in good working order Conduct low volume procedures as required Promote Recovery Area to new users Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS 1-2
years of customer service experience Knowledge of the fitness and wellness industry Proficient computer skills PHYSICAL, ENVIRONMENTAL and
SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to stand, move, walk, and bend for the duration of a shift Must have the ability and willingness to work varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays Company expectations Read, sign, and abide by the policies included in the Team Member Handbook Park in team member-designated areas Club cleanliness is an all-team responsibility; assist whenever necessary in any area of the club to keep the club neat and clean Assist with Service Day Assist with acac programs, special events, or activities outside your department Promptly return messages Exhibit a positive attitude at all times Deliver five-star service to members and guests with friendliness, direct eye contact, and a pleasant demeanor at all times
