In this lively role, you'll be responsible for delivering, setting up, and maintaining beach equipment and amenities with enthusiasm and precision. Your efforts will ensure that every guest enjoys a seamless, memorable day at the beach, while you develop valuable skills in delivery, customer service, and equipment handling. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, stay active, and be part of a vibrant team committed to excellence, all while being at the beach! Responsibilities Safely deliver beach gear and supplies to designated locations. Load and unload equipment efficientlywhile adhering to safety standards. Set up beach furniture, umbrellas, cabanas, and other amenities according to company standards for optimal guest enjoyment. Ensure all deliveries are accurate and complete by following route plans and verifying inventory against delivery invoices. Assist with routine maintenance of equipment and vehicles to ensure safety and reliability during daily operations. Provide friendly customer service by answering questions, offering assistance, and ensuring guests' needs are met with a positive attitude. Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas and setup zones to promote safety and efficiency. Qualifications Prior experience in customer service or delivery environments is preferred but not required; a positive attitude is essential! Experiencel oading equipment is advantageous. Ability to lift heavy items repeatedly and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset to collaborate effectively with colleagues. Flexibility to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining high energy levels.
