Valet/Porter Attendant

Position Summary:

802 Toyota is looking for a dependable and customer-focused Service Valet / Porter to join our team. This role is essential to keeping our service department running smoothly by assisting with vehicle movement, maintaining lot organization, and providing a positive first impression for our customers. Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival Safely move, tag, and park customer and company vehicles for service technicians, including maneuvering and parking in tight spaces without causing damage Stage vehicles upon completion for timely and organized customer delivery Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive, reception area, and parking lot Assist with snow removal from service parking areas, entrances, and service vehicles as needed Shuttle customers to and from the dealership in a safe and courteous manner Perform basic vehicle checks (fuel level, mileage, cleanliness, etc.) Wash and prepare vehicles for delivery as needed Clean and maintain interior and exterior of service loaner vehicles Assist service advisors and technicians with vehicle flow throughout the day Follow all safety procedures and company policies Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Excellent customer service and communication skills

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
