Job Description

Winslow Wharf Marina is seeking a Seasonal Parking Attendant to assist with monitoring and managing our parking lot during the busy summer season.
Schedule:
Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays Seasonal term: May through Labor Day Typical shift: 11:00 AM - 5:00
PM Qualifications:
Reliable and punctual Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong observation and communication skills Ability to remain professional in public facing situations Ability to walk parking areas throuhgout shifts
Responsibilities:
Monitor parking lot during assigned shifts Observe and document parking activity, congestion, and violations Track vehicle turnover and parking usage patterns Communicate professionally with visitors and marina users Report recurring issues, safety concerns, or maintenance needs to management Maintain cleanliness of the parking lot and surronding areas by regularly picking up litter and debris
Physical Requirements:
Standing and walking for extended periods Ability to work outdoors during shifts Ability to move cones or signage as needed Winslow Wharf Marina is seeking someone dependable, observant, and professional to help support smooth parking operations during the summer season.
