Role:

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team. This position is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys staying active, and thrives in a fast-paced environment surrounded by some of the world's finest vehicles. The Lot Attendant is responsible for keeping the dealership's inventory organized, clean, and display-ready while supporting the sales and service departments with vehicle movement and preparation. This is a great entry point for individuals looking to grow within the automotive industry — many of our current sales professionals and managers began their careers in this role.

Responsibilities:

Maintain the appearance and organization of the dealership lot to ensure a professional, high-end presentation. Move, park, and stage vehicles safely and efficiently for display, delivery, and service appointments. Hand-wash and prepare vehicles for customer delivery, photography, and showroom display. Inspect vehicles regularly to ensure they remain clean, fueled, and ready for presentation. Support sales and service teams by retrieving or delivering vehicles as needed. Assist with customer vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups, providing a friendly and professional experience. Monitor the lot for any maintenance or safety issues and report them promptly. Follow all dealership safety protocols and vehicle handling procedures.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Must be able to drive manual (stick shift) transmissions. Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct. Previous experience as a lot attendant, porter, valet, or similar automotive role preferred. Passion for cars and interest in learning about luxury and performance vehicles. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and remain active throughout the shift.
