as a Valet Attendant in Bellevue, WA, where you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients. This exciting opportunity allows you to provide exceptional customer service while managing vehicle parking and retrieval in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival. Efficiently park and retrieve vehicles in a timely manner. Maintain a clean and organized parking area. Assist guests with luggage and provide directions as needed. Ensure the security of all vehicles and report any issues immediately. Communicate effectively with team members and management. Adhere to all safety and parking regulations. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest experience.
Pay PM Shift:
$19.69 per hour plus tips.
Overnight Shift:
$19.69 per hour plus $2/hr. shift ($21.69) differential plus tips.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Proven experience in customer service or hospitality roles. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to drive various types of vehicles, including manual transmission. Ability to lift 75 lbs. consistantly. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Professional appearance and demeanor. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
