Job Description

LV Petroleum is seeking a results-driven Truck Wash Attendant to assist our truck wash operations. This role assists a team of 10 attendants, ensuring efficient service delivery, facility cleanliness, safety standards, and top-tier customer service. The ideal candidate brings hands-on management experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the truck wash team Oversee vehicle and trailer washing, sanitation of facilities, and maintenance of equipment Manage scheduling, inventory, supply orders, and adherence to safety protocols Train and coach team members to maintain service quality and efficiency Monitor equipment functionality and perform basic troubleshooting Ensure compliance with company procedures and cleanliness standards Provide exceptional service to drivers and commercial customers Requirements High school diploma or GED Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic computer literacy Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays Physical ability to work both indoors and outdoors in changing weather Valid Driver's License Why Join LV Petroleum?
