We pride ourselves on maintaining an immaculate, high-energy lot that makes a lasting first impression on our customers. This position is the heartbeat of our inventory management and display efforts. If you are a reliable team player who enjoys working outdoors and staying active, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do As a Lot Attendant, you will ensure our inventory is ready for retail and that our lot displays are visually engaging.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
Lot Readiness:
Start and move vehicles daily to verify battery health and ensure everything is running smoothly.
Inventory Merchandising:
Maintain the "Front-Line" appearance by ensuring vehicles are perfectly aligned, spaced, and showcased to drive traffic.
Facility Upkeep:
Manage lot presentation, including setting up and powering down marketing assets (such as air dancers/wavy guys and balloons).
Inventory Logistics:
Assist with logging vehicle status, managing keys, and moving vehicles for sales, service, or detailing as needed.
General Maintenance:
Keep the lot, showroom areas, and common spaces clean and free of clutter.
Requirements Valid Driver's License:
You must possess a clean and valid driver's license.
Driving Proficiency:
Must be comfortable and capable of driving a wide variety of vehicles, including manual transmissions and large trucks.
Reliability:
You are punctual, trustworthy, and ready to jump into action to support the sales team. Preferred (Not Required) Prior experience in automotive detailing, professional driving roles, or working at a car dealership. Bilingual (English and Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply. Schedule This is a full-time position.
Work week:
