Responsibilities Safely operate assigned vehicles, including patrol cars or specialized transport units, adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols Conduct routine security patrols of designated areas to monitor for suspicious activity or safety hazards Manage conflict situations with professionalism, employing conflict management techniques to de-escalate tensions effectively Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, staff, and contractors with directions or information as needed Write clear, detailed reports documenting incidents, observations, or operational activities for record-keeping purposes Respond promptly to emergencies or security incidents, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine inspections to ensure operational readiness at all times Requirements Proven experience in law enforcement, security, or related fields is highly desirable Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to write accurate and comprehensive reports quickly and clearly Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL license preferred but not mandatory Physical fitness to perform patrol duties that may include standing, walking, or lifting for extended periods Knowledge of security protocols and safety procedures is a plus This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to make a difference through active engagement in security operations.
