Responsibilities Safely operate a taxi vehicle, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Pick up and drop off passengers at designated locations, ensuring timely arrivals. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with luggage and addressing inquiries professionally. Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the vehicle to ensure optimal performance. Navigate using GPS or traditional maps to find the most efficient routes. Communicate clearly with passengers, dispatchers, and team members to coordinate pickups and drop-offs. Complete trip logs, mileage reports, and other required documentation accurately. Skills Proven experience in shuttle driving, delivery driving, bus driving, or similar roles such as limousine or driver. Strong driving skills with a clean record; familiar with commercial driving standards. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with diverse passengers. Ability to perform light maintenance checks and handle basic vehicle troubleshooting. Physical ability for light lifting when assisting passengers or handling luggage. Knowledge of traffic laws, safety procedures, and local routes. Customer service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor.
