Job Description
Overview AP Experience is seeking a professional and dependable Luxury Passenger Van Driver to provide safe, reliable, and high-quality transportation services for private clients. Trips may include corporate transportation, sporting events, concerts, wine tours, special events, and other scheduled destinations throughout California. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, punctual, professional in appearance, and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities Safely operate luxury passenger vans, including limousine, shuttle, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulations. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting passengers warmly, assisting with luggage, and addressing their needs professionally throughout the journey. Maintain a clean, well-presented vehicle interior and exterior to uphold the high standards of our brand. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and basic mechanical checks to ensure optimal performance and safety; perform minor vehicle maintenance as needed. Plan efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals while accommodating passenger preferences and special requests. Adhere to all company policies related to driving hours, safety protocols, and customer interaction to deliver a seamless experience. Document trip details accurately, including mileage logs, incident reports, and maintenance needs. Qualifications Proven experience in commercial driving roles such as limousine service, shuttle driving, school bus driving, or delivery driver positions. Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting to support vehicle safety and reliability. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse clients. Valid driver's license appropriate for operating luxury passenger vehicles; relevant endorsements or certifications preferred. Experience operating various vehicle types including bus driving or box trucks is highly desirable. Ability to navigate using GPS systems efficiently while maintaining focus on passenger safety.
