Responsibilities

• Safely transport clients to various destinations while ensuring punctuality and comfort.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of local routes, traffic patterns, and potential detours, providing efficient travel options.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service by anticipating the needs of clients and addressing any requests promptly and courteously.
• Inspect and maintain the vehicle regularly to ensure it is clean, fueled, and in optimal working condition at all times.
• Assure confidentiality and discretion regarding clients' personal information and travel details.
• Assist clients with luggage and any other items as needed, ensuring a seamless travel experience.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while promoting safety and professionalism throughout each journey.,
• Monitor client schedules and communicate with dispatch and other staff to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
• Follow company standard operating procedures. Requirements
• Experience as a chauffeur or in a similar role is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
• Strong knowledge of local, regional, and national traffic regulations and safety procedures.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to interact politely and professionally with high-profile clients.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain composure in high-pressure or unpredictable situations while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by client schedules.

• Must pass background and drug test as required by the California Public Utilities Commission and the US Department of Transportation.
