This specific international flight lands daily—Sunday through Saturday—at approximately 1:00PM. The actual landing time determines the start-time of your shift , which on any given day may be earlier or later depending on delays or early landings. Each shift lasts 2-3 hours, though we guarantee a minimum of 2 hours of pay per shift. This is a very part-time position and there is currently no potential for it becoming a full-time role. We are looking for someone to cover 2 or 3 shifts per week.

A very part-time schedule:
This role involves 2 or 3 short shifts per week. If you're looking for more hours or a traditional part-time job, this likely isn't the right fit.
Working independently:
You will not have on-site supervision. We expect you to manage your own schedule, communication, and problem-solving without hand-holding or being prompted.
Dynamic airport environments:

$35.00 per hour Application Question(s): If you were provided with a password for this post, please enter it here. Why are you applying for this job? Please give two reasons. Describe a difficult work situation you have experienced and how you handled it. Besides the money, why do you work? Do you currently work at SFO? If so, what is your schedule (days and hours) and how often does it change? Are you reliably available to accommodate a shift that could vary slightly based on the landing time of an international flight? For example, while the scheduled landing time is 12:50pm, this means your shift could begin as early as 11:00 AM or as late as 3:00 PM on a given day. Extreme flight delays (over 3 hours late) seldom happen but would mean for an even later start time. What days are you available for this shift, which in most cases will begin around 12:50pm and end around 2:50pm?
