We specialize in the safe, secure, and timely transportation of medical specimens, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare supplies that help support patient care. Using the latest technology and industry best practices, our team delivers exceptional service to healthcare organizations and businesses across the region. We're looking for a dependable, safety-focused driver to join our growing team. What You'll Do Safely pick up, transport, and deliver medical specimens, supplies, and other materials while maintaining package integrity and chain of custody Load and unload medical materials using wheeled carts and delivery equipment Navigate efficient delivery routes using GPS and mobile applications Provide timely delivery updates and communicate effectively with dispatch Deliver outstanding customer service at every stop Maintain a professional appearance and represent Am-Tran positively Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and well-maintained Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of one year of customer service experience Clean driving record (MVR required) Experience driving throughout the San Francisco Bay Area Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and follow instructions Comfortable using smartphones, mobile apps, and GPS navigation Physical Requirements Ability to safely load, unload, and transport medical materials using wheeled carts and delivery equipment Position requires pushing and maneuvering carts weighing up to 300 pounds, including navigating ramps and uneven surfaces Ability to lift individual items weighing up to 50 pounds Must be able to bend, reach, push, pull, and stand for extended periods throughout the shift Commitment to following all safety procedures and proper material-handling techniques Benefits Full-time employees are eligible for company benefits, including medical coverage and paid vacation, following the successful completion of a 90-day probationary period.
