Duties Safely operate a variety of vehicles including limousine, shuttle, bus, box trucks, and other commercial vehicles to transport clients or cargo efficiently. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting passengers warmly, assisting with luggage or packages, and ensuring comfort throughout the journey. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met. Follow all traffic laws and company policies diligently while maintaining punctuality for scheduled pickups and drop-offs. Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle condition reports. Communicate effectively with dispatch or clients regarding schedules, routes, or any delays to ensure seamless service delivery. Assist with vehicle cleaning and minor mechanical troubleshooting when necessary to uphold vehicle appearance and functionality. Requirements Proven experience in commercial driving roles such as shuttle driving, limousine service, bus driving, or delivery driver positions. Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle type (e.g., CDL for bus or box truck), with a clean driving record. Strong knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and vehicle maintenance procedures. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to navigate using GPS devices or maps efficiently while maintaining focus on road safety. Mechanical aptitude for basic vehicle troubleshooting and routine maintenance tasks. Prior experience with specialized vehicles such as school buses or limousines is highly desirable. Physical ability to assist passengers or load cargo when required; flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings or weekends.
