The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting passengers or goods safely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and professionalism. Responsibilities Safely operate various types of vehicles, including buses, shuttles, and limousines, ensuring compliance with all traffic regulations. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine inspections to ensure optimal operating conditions. Communicate effectively with passengers regarding routes, schedules, and any changes in service. Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, providing support as needed. Manage schedules efficiently to ensure timely arrivals and departures. Document any incidents or issues encountered during trips and report them to management as necessary. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing passenger inquiries and concerns promptly. Skills Experience in paratransit or shuttle driving is preferred. Strong customer service skills to enhance passenger experience. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with passengers and team members. Previous experience in commercial driving, school bus driving, delivery driving, or bus driving is a plus. Knowledge of local traffic laws and safe driving practices. Strong organizational skills to manage schedules and routes effectively. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
