Job Summary:

The Shuttle/Operational Support position is a versatile hospitality role responsible for safety transporting guests and/or employees to and from designated locations while also providing operational support across various hotel departments as needed. During shuttle run downtime, this team member may assist with filling staffing gaps across various departments (Front Office, Sales, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, or Other Assigned Area) as needed to help maintain efficient hotel operations and exceptional guest experiences. Essential Duties & Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Adhering to traffic laws, maintaining a clean driving record, and prioritizing passenger safety. Ensuring the vehicle obeys all regulations, including passenger count. Drive company vehicle in a safe and pleasant manner. Being friendly, helpful, and ensuring a comfortable passenger experience. Use the appropriate phrases and greetings when interacting with passengers.

Departmental Flexibility:

Fill in at the Front Office, Sales, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, or Other Assigned Area based on daily occupancy and business needs. Provide courteous, prompt, and professional service to all guests and coworkers Perform assigned departmental duties in accordance with hotel policies, procedures, and Company standards Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times Protect guest privacy and confidentiality at all times We believe our team members are the heart of our success.
