The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation for guests to and from designated locations, ensuring a positive experience that reflects our commitment to exceptional customer service. This role is crucial in enhancing guest relations and contributing to the overall satisfaction of our visitors. Responsibilities Safely operate shuttle vehicles while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Provide timely transportation services to guests, ensuring prompt arrivals and departures. Assist guests with luggage and provide information about the local area, hotel amenities, and services. Maintain cleanliness and organization of shuttle vehicles, conducting regular inspections for safety compliance. Exhibit excellent customer service skills by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during transport. Collaborate with hotel staff, including front desk and guest services teams, to coordinate transportation schedules effectively. Uphold a professional demeanor at all times, showcasing hospitality management principles in every interaction. Experience Previous experience in a hospitality role is preferred, with a focus on guest services or hotel management. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette is beneficial for effective communication with guests and staff. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance communication with diverse guests. Experience in night audit roles or resort environments is a plus, contributing to a well-rounded understanding of hotel operations. Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on customer service, ensuring all guests feel welcomed and valued during their stay.
