Job Description

Role Purpose:
To provide transportation for our valued customers while their vehicles are being serviced.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely transport customers to and from the dealership in a courteous and timely manner Maintain a clean and presentable shuttle vehicle at all times Assist customers in and out of the vehicle as needed Keep accurate records of all shuttle trips, destinations, and passenger logs Perform daily inspection of the shuttle vehicle (fuel level, cleanliness, tire pressure, etc.) Communicate effectively with service advisors and the service department team regarding customer pick-up and drop-off schedules Provide basic dealership information and promote a positive image of the Honda brand Follow all traffic laws and dealership policies regarding customer service and safety
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit, drive, and operate a vehicle for extended periods Ability to assist passengers in and out of the vehicle as needed Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs if necessary
