Bonus based on performance Company car Competitive salary Training & development Southwest Florida (Fort Myers / Naples / Cape Coral Area) Speedie Recovery of South Florida Inc. is looking for a motivated, dependable, and self-driven Camera Car Driver / LPR Operator to join our growing repossession team. This is not an average driving job. We are looking for individuals who can work independently, stay productive without supervision, and operate at a high level in a fast-paced recovery environment. Our company operates high-volume License Plate Recognition (LPR) camera vehicles throughout Southwest Florida. Drivers are responsible for scanning vehicle tags, locating assigned collateral, documenting activity, and assisting in recovery operations.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate company-issued LPR camera vehicle throughout assigned areas Scan and monitor vehicle tags using company systems Identify and locate assigned collateral vehicles Conduct field investigations and address verifications Maintain constant communication with dispatch and office staff Properly document all activity in company software systems Maintain professionalism with the public at all times Follow all company safety procedures and recovery protocols Keep company vehicle clean, fueled, and operational Work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours when necessary

REQUIREMENTS

Valid Florida Driver License Clean driving record preferred Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail Must be dependable and punctual Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, GPS, and mobile apps Ability to handle stressful situations professionally Must be able to work outdoors for extended periods Prior repossession, towing, security, or investigative experience is preferred but not required Knowledge of Southwest Florida roads and neighborhoods is a plus
