Summer Camp/Aftercare Teacher and Van Driver

Smart Start Pre-Prep is looking for energetic, dependable, and caring team members to join our amazing preschool and school-age program! Position Overview We are seeking a responsible and enthusiastic team member to: Lead and supervise summer camp activities Assist with before and aftercare programs Safely transport children in company van from local elementary schools to our center Create a fun, safe, and engaging environment for children of all ages Responsibilities Supervise and interact with children during camp and aftercare Plan and participate in games, outdoor play, crafts, and activities Ensure the safety and well-being of all children Drive company van to pick up children from local elementary schools Maintain attendance and transportation records Communicate professionally with parents and staff Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment Qualifications Must be 25 years of age or older for driving responsibilities Valid driver's license with clean driving record Experience working with children preferred Positive attitude, patience, and reliability Ability to work as part of a team CPR/First Aid certification required Ability to pass required background screening What We Offer Supportive and family-oriented work environment Fun and active atmosphere Competitive pay based on experience Meaningful work making a difference in children's lives Schedule Options Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available Full-Time Summer Camp Hours Before & Aftercare Split Shift Hours Available for School Year in Requested Apply Today!
