Management Solutions LLC is building a qualified contractor network of professional passenger van owner-operators for regional transportation opportunities throughout Covington, Lithonia, Stonecrest, DeKalb, Fulton, Atlanta Metro, and North Metro Georgia corridors. This is an independent contractor / owner-operator opportunity, not a traditional employee driver position. Approved contractors operate using their own compliant passenger van and are responsible for maintaining proper vehicle condition, licensing, insurance, and professional service standards. D-RISE-N
secures and coordinates client transportation opportunities. Approved independent contractors may be offered available route or trip assignments based on client needs, vehicle eligibility, compliance status, availability, and service area. Responsibilities Safely and professionally transport passengers to scheduled destinations, including local, regional, medical, private, school-related, airport, and contract-based transportation assignments where applicable. Maintain a clean, smoke-free, mechanically sound, and professional passenger van environment. Arrive on time, communicate professionally, and follow route instructions, pickup/drop-off procedures, and client service expectations. Provide courteous, respectful, and high-standard passenger service from pickup through arrival. Maintain required documentation, insurance, vehicle records, and compliance information as requested for contractor onboarding. Requirements Must own, lease, or lawfully operate a 10-15 passenger van in excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition. Must have a valid Georgia driver's license and a clean or acceptable Motor Vehicle Record. Must be at least 21 years old. Must be able to pass background screening and drug screening where required by client, contract, or route type. Must currently carry, or be eligible and willing to obtain before route assignment, commercial auto liability insurance appropriate for passenger transportation. Required limits may range from $1M•2M depending on contract, client, and service requirements. D-RISE-N
Management Solutions LLC may be required to be listed as an additional insured where applicable. GA for-hire endorsement, passenger transportation experience, First Aid/CPR certification, and prior NEMT/private transportation experience are preferred but not required at initial application. Contractor Status This opportunity is for independent contractors only. Contractors are not employees of D-RISE-N
Management Solutions LLC and are responsible for their own taxes, fuel, insurance, vehicle maintenance, licensing, and operating expenses unless otherwise stated in a written contractor agreement. Selection for the contractor network does not guarantee immediate route assignment.
