In this energetic role, you will be the friendly face that welcomes guests, assists with their luggage, and provides seamless transportation services to ensure a memorable stay. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, offering personalized assistance with luggage and directions. Provide safe, efficient shuttle transportation within the hotel vicinity and surrounding areas. Assist guests with their needs at the front desk, including check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring smooth guest flow. Maintain a professional appearance and uphold excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries via multi-line phone systems. Support guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Manage luggage storage and delivery with care, ensuring timely and secure handling of guest belongings. Collaborate with hotel staff to uphold high standards of hospitality management and guest services. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles preferred; prior front desk or guest services experience is a plus. Bilingual or multilingual abilities highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including night audit procedures and resort amenities. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor; ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Familiarity with phone etiquette and multi-line phone systems to manage guest inquiries professionally. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; previous shuttle driving experience is advantageous.
