Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dependable Full Time Shuttle Driver to join our team! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers and goods across designated routes, ensuring timely and courteous service. Duties Operate shuttle vehicles safely along specified routes, adhering to traffic laws and company policies Provide excellent customer service by greeting passengers warmly and assisting with boarding as needed Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper functioning of all systems Assist with heavy lifting when loading or unloading luggage, packages, or equipment Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or maintenance needs Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members to coordinate schedules and address any route issues Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical concerns promptly Experience Proven experience as a shuttle driver, delivery driver, bus driver, or similar role involving commercial driving Knowledge of local traffic laws and safe driving practices for various vehicle types including drivers, limousines, or school buses Strong communication skills to interact confidently with passengers and team members Ability to handle heavy lifting and perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks Previous experience in paratransit or heavy-duty driving is a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred but not required Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Join us in delivering reliable transportation services that keep our community moving!
