Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dependable Hotel Shuttle Driver to provide exceptional transportation services for our guests. In this dynamic role, you will be the friendly face of our hotel, ensuring guests arrive safely and comfortably at their destinations. Your primary responsibility will be operating shuttle vehicles to transport guests between the hotel and various local points of interest or other designated locations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your driving expertise, customer service skills, and commitment to safety in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Duties Safely operate shuttle vehicles to transport guests efficiently and courteously. Assist guests with boarding and disembarking, providing helpful information about local attractions or hotel amenities. Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the shuttle vehicle to ensure optimal operation and appearance. Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies to guarantee passenger safety at all times. Communicate effectively with guests and team members using clear verbal skills; handle guest inquiries professionally. Conduct pre-trip inspections, report any vehicle issues promptly, and perform light maintenance as needed. Experience Proven experience in shuttle driving, delivery driving, bus driving, or commercial driving roles. Prior experience as a limousine driver or in paratransit services is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse guests and team members. Knowledge of local roads, traffic regulations, and safety standards related to transportation services. Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle type being operated; commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred but not required. Experience with vehicle maintenance routines to ensure safety and reliability during shifts.
