In this dynamic role, you will be the friendly face behind the wheel, responsible for safely transporting clients, staff, and visitors across designated routes. Your enthusiasm for driving, excellent customer service skills, and attention to vehicle maintenance will ensure a smooth and positive experience for everyone you serve. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced environment where safety, communication, and professionalism are key. Duties Safely operate shuttle vehicles to take customers where they need to go. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting passengers warmly and assisting with boarding or disembarking when needed. Conduct routine inspections of vehicles to ensure cleanliness, proper functioning, and adherence to safety standards. Perform light maintenance tasks such as fueling and reporting any mechanical issues promptly. Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members to coordinate schedules and address any operational concerns. Some moving service vehicles or lot work when needed. Road tests, parts pick-up, and other essential duties when needed. Experience Proven experience in shuttle driving or as a delivery driver with a strong safety record. Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with passengers and team members. Knowledge of the Rockford Area. Ability to monitor vehicles for basic maintenance needs.
