Job Description

We are seeking a responsible and safety-focused Mini-van Driver to join our student transportation team. In this role, you will operate a company-provided Mini-Van to transport students safely and reliably to and from school, programs, and related activities. This position requires a valid standard drivers license and a commitment to ensuring student safety, professionalism, and punctuality. This position is working a split shift Monday - Friday at $20.00/hour. + Safely operate an mini-van in compliance with federal transportation regulations + Transport students to and from school, field trips, and other approved destinations + Ensure the safety and well-being of all student passengers during boarding, transit, and exiting + Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections daily + Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe vehicle environment + Follow assigned routes and schedules with reliability and punctuality + Communicate effectively with dispatch, school staff, parents (as needed), and supervisors + Complete required documentation such as mileage logs and incident reports + Remain alert, attentive, and compassionate while supervising students on board + Valid standard drivers license. + Must meet all DMV and DOT requirements + Clean driving record and strong attendance history + Ability to pass background check , drug screening, and DOT physical + High school diploma or equivalent preferred + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in all interactions To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
