Job Description

SHUTTLE DRIVER
Status:
Seasonal, Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities are available, Non-Exempt.
Schedule:
Flexible morning and afternoon/evening shifts. The shuttle will operate 7 days a week from mid-May through mid-October.
Responsibility:
Medium level of supervision needed. Low level of operational decision making.
Reports to:
Front Office Manager Supervises:

Excellent Teamwork and Communication Skills
  • Interact, work and relate with people, listen, speak, read, write, observe, use English fluently, always act professionally. Advanced Safety Skills
  • Observe safety rules. Excellent Driving Skills
  • Possess a valid and clean driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
Be able to drive cars with manual and automatic transmission. Parking skills.
Effort:
Medium
  • Sit for extended periods of time, capability of bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds.
Work Conditions:
Level 4
  • Often outdoors, working in hot/cold environment, inclement weather, variable schedule based on business demands.
Duties:
Staff transportation to and from off-site housing. Staff transportation to shopping, tourist attractions and recreation. Arrive at destinations on schedule. Plan for traffic and weather delays. Ensure that the vehicle is always fueled, clean and ready for use. Report the need for vehicle repairs to the Facilities Manager. Other tasks as assigned.
