Seeking a customer service focused individual, who is an energetic and friendly people person to join our team as a Valet! You will be assisting our Service Staff in locating and delivering vehicles to the service drive for customers who are awaiting their vehicles. Valet attendant and sometimes shuttle driver. This is an entry-level position with lots of opportunity to grow! Tasks and Responsibilities Promptly greet our guests, providing a calming positive atmosphere Perform a needs assessment of the customer and recommend products and services or pass along consumer leads to sales department depending on level of expertise. Answer all customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Take initiative and resolve and escalations or complaints. Maintain a positive representation of Toyota of Watertown and the Toyota brand at all times. Ability to listen, learn, take direction from leadership Ability to build relationships Maintain a clean and pleasant environment Act as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information Acquire extensive knowledge of the premises Requirements Must have great attention to detail. Friendly and customer service focused. Must be a team player. Previous customer service and hospitality experience is a plus. Must have strong communications skills. Must be organized. Must be personable and comfortable interacting with our guests daily. Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
