JOB DESCRIPTION -VAN SHUTTLE DRIVER COMPANY

- StarForce National Corporation is a Department of Defense authorized passenger Transportation Company. Our primary mission is the safe and efficient transportation of young men and women who are entering military service. Our customers are the Recruiting Commands of the Military. We are seeking drivers to work with an established team.

JOB DUTIES

-This is a permanent part time position. Drivers will work scheduled Service Sectors per week and must be flexible when needed. Duties include driving shuttle van between Annapolis, MD and Fort Lee, VA on a fixed route estimated 2 trips per week (SUN-THUR) , transporting military recruits. The driver must be able to drive 6 to 8 hours per day and in various weather and traffic conditions. Additional days may be requested by military customers. The route will be shared with a second driver. Drivers will operate a 14 Passenger VAN. Drivers will maintain daily and cyclic paperwork supplied by the company. Further instructions will be provided during the training period.

TRAINING

-$150 for completion of training, payable after thirty (30) days of continued employment. WAGES - estimated $241 per round-trip ( $100 for Unused Scheduled Days). Drivers are paid by the Service Sector and are paid twice a month via direct deposit as W2 employees. StarForce pays the Prevailing Wage, or higher.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

—the job requires a high school diploma/GED. Driver must possess a valid Regular Driver's License (with REAL ID) . Must be twenty-six years of age or older. Must have a clean driving record verified by a current MVR report. Must have a current DOT physical or be able to pass the DOT physical; and pass a pre-employment drug test and a background check. Having vehicle mechanical experience is beneficial, possessing a compatible manner with responsible young people is important, and being committed to a dependable, on-time work ethic is required.
