Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dependable Shuttle Driver to join our team, providing safe and efficient transportation services for our staff, visitors, and clients. In this role, you will operate various types of vehicles, including shuttle buses, limousines, and commercial vans, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Safely operate shuttle buses, limousines, or other commercial vehicles to transport passengers within designated routes and schedules Assist passengers with boarding and exiting vehicles, providing friendly and professional customer service at all times Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper maintenance; report any issues promptly Follow all traffic laws and company policies to maintain a safe driving environment for passengers and other road users Manage luggage or cargo that requires heavy lifting with proper technique to prevent injury Communicate effectively with dispatchers, passengers, and team members using clear verbal communication skills Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance needs Qualifications Proven experience in shuttle driving, delivery driving, bus driving, or similar roles such as limousine or paratransit services Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle type (e.g., Commercial Driver's License if required) Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse passengers Experience with heavy lifting and basic vehicle maintenance is preferred Knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations applicable to commercial driving Ability to stay alert during long shifts and handle multiple tasks efficiently Prior experience in school bus driving or heavy-duty vehicle operation is a plus Join us as a Shuttle Driver and become a key part of our transportation team!
