Job Overview :

THIS JOB INVOLVES MORE THAN DRIVING.

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Driver for our Limo, Sedan, Shuttle Service Operations. Our customers are spread throughout the mid Atlantic region, including Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, Washington DC, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and occassionaly going into New York on one side and North Carolina on the other side. If you have excellent driving skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. This position is Full Time, but some part time variation is also possible. Over time is also available some times.

Duties :

You will be responsible for;

• Transporting passengers between the points and assisting passengers with loading and unloading luggage or other belongings; while following all traffic laws and company procedures
• Working in flexible shifts, including weekends, nights and holidays.
• Taking care of the vehicles, including fueling, cleaning & washes, taking vehicles for maintenance, helping with emergency breakdowns and towing, safety checks, pre trip and post trip inspections
• Communicating effectively and professionally and in a pleasant manner.
• Coordinating between back office dispatch staff and in field driver teams
• Ability to operate Sedan, SUV and/or a Transit/Sprinter Van.

AND MOST IMPORTANTLY KEEPING THE COST DOWN AND OPERATIONS PROFITABLE

Requirements :

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Commercial driving experience preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects, such as luggage or equipment
• Familiarity with van driving techniques and safety procedures
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in paratransit or limousine driving is a plus
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Proper English communication skills
• Ability to use phone and computer Apps effectively
• Should have (or be willing to obtain) a "For Hire Permit" from your state jurisdiction
• CDL is not required at this time, but will be a big plus.
