POSITION- Monday-Friday, possible weekend options We are looking for a few drivers who possess a positive attitude and willingness to help others. Pulse mobility crew members must be professional individuals who want to make a difference in people's lives. Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, respond to prescheduled and time-sensitive, transports in an efficient and professional manner. They will provide a high standard of passenger care in non-emergent settings. MUST Have a current PSC ("for hire") license or be eligible to obtain one. Have a current, valid driver's license, and safe driving record. Demonstrate safe operation of a Mobility Assistance Vehicle (Wheelchair Van) in compliance with all traffic laws. Safely load, secure, and unload wheelchair-bound patients utilizing all safety equipment 100% of the time. Communicate with Dispatchers and give frequent status updates. High degree of personal integrity and responsibility. Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision, using good judgment and common sense with a thorough understanding of the principles of non-emergency medical care. Ability to work efficiently and interact in a constructive and professional manner with other internal and external team members/customers. Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse population.. Ability to follow written and oral instructions. Maintain prompt and regular attendance. Pass background investigation and drug test.' '
