Position Summary The Part-Time Shuttle Driver is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of vehicles, materials, and equipment between company locations, vendor locations, and customer sites as needed. This position plays an important role in supporting daily operations by ensuring vehicles and materials are delivered efficiently while maintaining a high standard of safety and professionalism. This is a part-time position working up to 32 hours per week, supporting the transportation needs of Go-Glass locations throughout the Delmarva region. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Transport company vehicles between branch locations. Deliver and pick up materials, supplies, and equipment from vendors and company facilities. Assist with vehicle transfers to support scheduling and operational needs. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance concerns. Maintain accurate records of mileage, deliveries, and vehicle condition. Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies. Keep company vehicles clean and presentable. Communicate effectively with branch personnel regarding schedules and transportation needs. Assist with general warehouse or shop duties during downtime, as assigned. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) review. Previous driving, delivery, or transportation experience preferred. Ability to operate various vehicle types safely and responsibly. Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Physical Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods while driving. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to enter and exit vehicles frequently throughout the day. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to bend, stoop, and climb as necessary to load and unload materials. Schedule Part-time position. Up to 32 hours per week, based on operational needs. Schedule may vary depending on transportation and delivery requirements. Availability during regular business hours is required.
