Full-Time / Part-Time Position Summary Stillwaters Resort is seeking a reliable and organized Resort Shuttle Dispatch Operator to coordinate daily shuttle transportation for guests and staff across the resort property. This role ensures efficient communication between shuttle drivers, guests, and resort departments to provide safe, timely, and exceptional transportation service. Key Responsibilities Monitor and coordinate shuttle routes and schedules throughout the resort property. Dispatch drivers to guest pickup locations using radio, phone, or dispatch software. Maintain clear communication with shuttle drivers regarding traffic, guest requests, and schedule changes. Track shuttle locations and ensure timely pickups and drop-offs. Assist guests with transportation inquiries and provide helpful directions around the resort. Log trips, incidents, and operational notes for transportation records. Coordinate transportation requests for special events, groups, and VIP guests. Report maintenance issues or safety concerns involving shuttle vehicles. Support the transportation team to ensure excellent guest experience and operational efficiency. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous dispatch, transportation, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using radios, phones, computers, and dispatch software. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Skills & Abilities Excellent problem-solving and coordination skills Strong attention to detail Friendly, professional guest-service attitude Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Working Conditions Primarily office or dispatch station environment. May require extended periods sitting while monitoring communications and schedules. Frequent communication with drivers and guests throughout the shift.
