Youth Passenger Van Driver

Arts in Reach (AIR) is looking for a Youth Program Driver to help transport our talented and creative teen participants to and from our free art programs across the Seacoast of NH and Southern Maine!

AIR is all about affirmation, creativity, and inclusivity—and that extends to our team, too! What You'll Do Safely drive a 12-15 passenger van and transport teens to and from programs. Create a welcoming and supportive environment while keeping things fun and professional. Adjust routes as needed and communicate with AIR staff about transportation updates. Ensure all riders follow safety rules (seatbelts on, good vibes only). Conduct quick vehicle checks (fuel, tires, lights) before and after trips. Act as a mentor and role model for participants. What You Bring A valid driver's license and a clean driving record (no accidents in the last 5 years). A reliable and patient attitude with a love for working with teens. Aged 25 or older for insurance policy requirements. Ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally assist with loading/unloading program materials. A background check clearance (required). Previous experience driving a 12-15 passenger van or working with teens is a plus but not required.
