Job Description

Seasonal Shuttle Driver Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino Incline Village, NV Join our team and be part of the guest adventure experience—delivering safe and friendly transportation to Lake Tahoe's top recreation spots. Summary At Hyatt, we believe our guests choose our property because of our caring and attentive colleagues who are committed to delivering meaningful experiences through authentic hospitality. As a Seasonal Shuttle Driver, you'll be responsible for transporting guests to and from our private beach, local lakeside areas, and off-site adventure experiences in a safe, efficient, and welcoming manner. This guest-facing role requires clear communication, a strong safety mindset, and a positive attitude. You'll often be the first or last impression of a guest's outing—and a key part of their overall adventure. We look forward to welcoming our next Seasonal Adventures Shuttle Driver to the team in May 2026. Key Responsibilities
  • Safely transport guests to designated local destinations including the beach, town areas, and activity sites
  • Operate hotel shuttles or vans in accordance with local laws, traffic regulations, and resort safety policies
  • Assist guests with boarding, unloading, and managing recreation gear or personal belongings
  • Provide helpful information about resort amenities, outdoor activities, and local attractions
  • Maintain shuttle cleanliness, fuel levels, and report any vehicle maintenance needs
  • Communicate effectively with the hotel team to coordinate pickup/drop-off timing
  • Deliver exceptional guest service with a warm, approachable, and proactive attitude Compensation Note
  • Drivers may keep all tips provided by guests; there is no tip pool for this role
  • Valid Driver's License required
  • Clean driving record and ability to operate a passenger shuttle or large vehicle
  • Comfortable lifting recreational equipment or luggage as needed
  • Previous guest service or transportation experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills and a guest-first approach
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
