We are currently seeking a dependable, friendly, and safety-focused Driver to provide transportation services for our residents while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, values professionalism, and takes pride in creating a safe and welcoming environment for residents and guests. Position Overview The Driver is responsible for safely transporting residents to and from scheduled destinations while ensuring comfort, safety, and outstanding service throughout each trip. This position also supports vehicle inspections, trip documentation, and general transportation operations within the community. The ideal candidate is reliable, courteous, attentive to detail, and committed to providing compassionate service to residents and team members alike. What You'll Do Safely transport residents and guests to and from assigned destinations using company vehicles Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming residents and assisting passengers as needed Assist individuals with disabilities and ensure all riders feel comfortable and supported Maintain accurate trip logs before and after each scheduled route Inspect vehicles for cleanliness, damage, tire pressure, and fluid levels Refuel vehicles as necessary and report maintenance or repair needs promptly Document and immediately report any accidents, incidents, or vehicle damage Follow all company safety procedures, policies, and transportation guidelines Maintain a professional appearance and represent the community positively at all times Communicate clearly and professionally with residents, families, and fellow team members Build positive working relationships across the community Participate in safety training and required certifications Support additional responsibilities as assigned by the Executive Director What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required Valid, clean, and up-to-date driver's license required Strong commitment to safety and customer service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, dependable, and compassionate demeanor Ability to remain calm and responsive in a variety of situations Comfortable using communication devices and basic technology tools Ability to work respectfully with individuals from diverse backgrounds and abilities About Allure Allure is a captive property management company with 17 assets under management across a national portfolio which includes Active Adult 55+, Independent Living, and Multi-Family communities.
